Ordering
How do I order a cake?
All orders can be done over the phone or in person. You can check out our cake flavor list page to select your flavor combination.
How far in advance do I need to order a cake?
Most simple cakes we can accommodate with a 3 day notice. Most tiered cakes we can accommodate with a month notice. We always recommend calling the store as soon as you know the date you need a cake for as sometimes we can accommodate with shorter notice and other times we may already be booked up for the date you need yours for.
Can I order online?
No. All orders are taken in person or over the phone. All custom orders and large orders require at least a 1/3 deposit, sometimes more.
Can I email my order in?
We do not accept emails for orders. Emails are checked by our office staff, who are separate from our sales clerks. Please call or come into the bakery to place an order.
What is our email address?
Our email is NOT for placing orders, or to get pricing. Our email is for our customers to send reference pictures for their orders. It's also for correspondence with our office staff. How do I make a wedding cake appointment?
Wedding cake appointments can be made in-store, over the phone or by filling out our wedding cake contact form. Please ask to speak to a wedding cake consultant and they will take care of you! Appointments available Monday - Saturday.
What is your cancellation policy?
All orders require a 48 hour cancellation notice, unless stated otherwise, in order to receive a full refund. Tiered cakes must be canceled a week in advance to receive a full refund unless stated otherwise.
Our Offerings
Do you have a menu?
You can find our Coffee menu on our coffee page and our deli menu on the deli page. Please call us to inquire about the soup of the day. Due to the seasonal nature of our pastries, there is no pastry menu, but several of our items are on our website.
Do you have cake pictures I can look at?
To see pictures of several of our decorated cakes, please check out our website, Instagram, and Facebook pages.
Do you have specialty diet pastries (vegan, gluten free, or sugar free)?
We do have a variety of specialty diet pastries, however they are made on shared equipment. While we do sanitize equipment in between products, if it is a serious allergy we do not recommend it.
Do you make eggless cakes?
At this time we do not have any cakes that are completely eggless, but we do have other pastries that are.
Do you offer colored cakes?
While we do offer cakes with colored frosting, we do not dye the cake itself.
Can you put pictures on cakes?
Yes. We can put pictures on cakes. Call today to inquire further!
Will you share a recipe with me?
No, we do not share our recipes, they are our trade secrets. We love that you love our product so much that you would like to make it at home, but we do not give away or sell our recipes.
If I send you a recipe can you make it for me?
No, we only use our own tried and true recipes.
Do you ship?
We do not ship at this time.
Do you deliver?
We currently do not deliver basic items or work with any food delivery services. We do have delivery options available to you during wedding cake appointments upon placing your wedding/tiered cake order.
